Weber Smokey Mountain Recipes
The gasket material and adhesive were relatively easy to apply and there was enough gasket material to seal both the lid and the access door with a small amount of gasket remaining for repairs, if needed. I did my first 'post' installation cook yesterday and the lid hinge is a 'must have' and performs flawlessly. My only complaint is I'm still seeing some smoke leakage on the installed gasket between the lid and center sections. I need to investigate this more, but it may be due to the roundness/fit between my lid and center section as the WSM was 'slightly' out of round when delivered.
